There are those of us who see non-stop advancement and those who always see impending doom. Those who seek to address immediate problems, and those in perpetual expectation of negative possibilities. “The sky is falling” is not a call for human progress.
Have you noticed the doom-mongers like the World Economic Forum, UN, etc. are always calling for our enslavement because of some possible future threat, while sane people seek to deal with the genuine problems before us right now.
Greta Thunberg is still young but really needs to retire.
